Kim Kardashian has revealed her food diary! In the latest issue of people magazine, kim gives us a look into what she eats over the course of three days. She’s continued to stick with her Atkins 40 diet, which she’s been on since giving birth to little Saint last year. In the three days she revealed to the magazine, she consumed an average of 48-64 ounces of liquids per day. She never went above 1.699 calories in a day. She ate chicken every day, along with specific measurements of foods like hummus, shedder cheese, blueberries, and melons. Good for you, Kim!
